We keep what we need to run your orders: your name, email, shipping addresses and order history.

Payment cards

Payments in this shop are simulated. We store only a card's brand, last four digits and expiry date, never the full number.

Personal agents

When a personal agent signs in to your account, we record which agent it is, the access you granted and when it was last used. Orders and returns an agent makes are marked with its name. Agents see your account ID, not your sign-in details.
