The Hollow Ridge 2 is our answer to the question every backpacker asks on the climb: could this pack be lighter? A single hubbed pole set pitches a roomy, near-vertical-walled inner in under three minutes, and the silicone-coated ripstop fly sheds wind-driven rain without sagging overnight.
Two doors and two vestibules mean nobody climbs over anybody at 3 a.m., and the high-low venting keeps condensation in check on cold, still nights.
